Started in 2010 by Ictus later joined by N.K.L.S. in 2012, IN CAUDA VENENUM has matured its music to deliver a form of solemn yet radiant Black Metal tinged with a Post Rock feeling. The first full length of the band is a cathartic concept album touched by the mark of Death and embodied by the art of Jeff Grimal (THE GREAT OLD ONES). From utopia to fatalism, the band’s work depicts human passions and illustrates the porosity between life and death through such themes as Art, History and Legacy.
